Shenandoah Crossing Golf Course a previously public, 18-hole golf course located in
Gordonsville, Virginia is now a Top Disc Golf destination. Plans are under way for single
family homes to be built around the course.

Designed by Raymond F. Loving, Jr., Shenandoah Crossing Golf Course opened in 1991
and was closed in 2014 by previous owner .In 2019 the course was purchased and turned
into 3 highly rated Disc Golf Courses named Raptors Roost Disc Golf. It is a top favorite in
the state of VA with very good reviews.

The 131-acre course was carved out of a forest and is anchored by a neighboring resort
Shenandoah Crossing .

The golf course is under review to develop the lands around it for more single family
homes or villas.

Also included is a Clubhouse with Pub and Pro-shop. There is ample room for expansion
for Weddings and special events to complement the Resort which is busy most of the
years. Great developer potential.
